Guestfolio is a hands-free application that once configured to your exact standards will automatically communicate with your guests at the appropriate times and frequency.

We have experience working with leading PMS companies such as RoomKey, Opera, Fidelio, Maestro, RDP, Agilysys and Room Master.

Guestfolio integrates with the guest reservation data system by collecting future reservation information and using it within our system. We generally update data every hour or two hours. The system requires access to all in-house and future active reservations. Our system uses this data to determine if a cancellation has been made.
