2.    How do I monitor survey responses? Surveys results are emailed daily to designated management staff and recorded on your dashboard for tracking and reporting. You can sort results by region, booking code, stay dates, and more.

3.    What happens to the data? All guest data belongs to you. Guestfolio stores it on your behalf on a secured server and makes it available to you via the dashboard. As part of our agreement we provide detailed information on how we store and use guest data.
