Duane Hepditch ran two successful internet startups before founding Guestfolio in 2008. His passions include travelling with his family, reading, running and the fine art of the cappuccino. Duane is on the Board of Tourism Whistler and the Whistler Chamber of Commerce and enjoys his time away with the family every summer on Hernando Island on the coast of British Columbia, Canada.

Since completing a BSc in Computer Science in 2002, Mark has been working as a web developer in both the UK and Canada. He now calls Whistler his home, when he’s not backpacking exploring the world.

Jeremy is married with two small, highly active children who manage to occupy every moment of his spare time.

Sari worked for ten years as concierge for the Pestana Group, Portugal’s largest independent hotel chain, before relocating to Italy to launch the guest services operation of a new, luxury boutique hotel in the Tuscan hills. Her passion for providing the very best service led her to join the team at Guestfolio. She shares her home in Florence with two Egyptian Mao cats.
